TDC Ambassador Program

A few years ago, we decided to start a new program at TDC.  Unity, Love and Abundance have all been such an important part of our growth, and we wanted to make sure that we had representatives that could help us keep that tradition growing.

As you know, with such a large student body and ever expanding programs, it can be hard for Charity to keep in contact with all of the people that need her help or attention.  It is also difficult for her to manage the administrative duties of the studio while still creating all of the necessary magic that keeps our girls reaching for the stars.  After much deliberation and a lot of prayerful introspection – we came up with a plan that should help us address all of the needs that our growing studio has – while still maintaining the love and good feelings that drew us all to TDC in the first place.

This is where the idea for TDC Ambassadors was formed.  Our new Ambassador program can best be described this way:  Girls from every competitive dance team at TDC were chosen to represent their team on a student board.  This board will help us keep connected with our teams, will work to create unifying experiences, and will help us watch out for and over our students. These girls receive leadership training, and will be doing great things in our studio.  As we develop this program, girls who hope to become Ambassadors for TDC will need to have the endorsement of at least one of their teachers, as well as good attendance, a positive attitude and an abundant approach to their dance family – meaning that they are as happy with the successes of others as they are with their own.

The following girls were chosen to be our Ambassadors for our 2016-2017 year:

TDC Ambassadors

Tabitha Park

Sienna Noto

Harley Jensen

Kailee Mortensen

Berklie Bell

Brinley Desmond

Londyn Bishop

Sammy Price

Bailey Higgins

Nataly Dockstader

Brianna Millward

Ciera Deursch

We expect great things to come of this.  Please join us in welcoming and supporting the 2016-2017 TDC Ambassadors, and make sure you keep an eye out for future service projects and fun!
